Menu Selection:
Menu selections should be confirmed 2-3 weeks prior to your event.
Special Menu Requests:
The restaurant can accommodate special dietary requests with a 72-hour advance
notice. Children's menus are available.
Guarantees:
In order to properly coordinate your event, it is necessary that we receive
your guarantee by noon, three (3) business days in advance of your event.
The restaurant will prepare to serve 5% above the guaranteed number. The restaurant
cannot be responsible for service of the same contracted food items above
this overage. We reserve the right to verify the number of persons in attendance
at all functions.
Deposits:
A minimal deposit is needed to secure your function date at our facility.
Deposits are applied to your final bill. All deposits are non-refundable.
Final Payment:
Method of final payment for your event will be determined through the catering
department. Businesses requesting an open account will be required to complete
a credit application a minimum of one week prior to the event.
Service Charges:
An 18% taxable service charge and applicable state sales tax will be applied
to all purchases upon billing.
Food and Beverage Policy:
No food or beverage may be brought into or removed from the restaurant. Wedding
cakes may be exempt from the policy.
